Allows addition of Die Lifters to your bolster without requiring T-Slots.  Quick and easy positioning of your dies.  Dies move in any direction to the desired location, then as die is clamped in place the spring loaded ball is depressed below the surface of the bolster.  Cartridges may be extracted from bolster without any special tools.
